My path to coaching is not conventional and that is exactly what makes it powerful. I spent fifteen years as a professional dancer and performer in London's West End, appearing in productions such as Kinky Boots, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and Starlight Express.

A career on stage teaches you things no business school can. How to perform under pressure. How to hold a room. How to keep showing up, night after night, even when doubt whispers. How confidence is not something you are born with, but something you build, protect, and return to.

When I stepped away from theatre, I retrained at Henley Business School in their postgraduate Executive Coaching programme — one of the most rigorous and respected in the world. I am proud to be an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC) and an Associate Coach at Korn Ferry, DHL and Microsoft.

I have coached individuals from all walks of life including high profile media stars, actors and entrepreneurs.
